Operations Manual
End-to-end flows for resellers, admins, and production — how orders move from Trophy Shop or Custom Orders to Client’s orders, Job Orders, and completion.
Ready-made trophy orders
- Open Trophy Shop, pick a design, choose Small / Medium / Large, set quantity, and Add to cart.
- Open the bag, set Ship-by date, and Submit order (not Request Quotation).
- Track under My Orders; admins see the ticket in Client’s orders intake.
Custom orders (catalog-priced)
- In Custom Orders, fill body layers, base material, Regular base shape, thickness, height, references, and quantity.
- Use Add to Order for each line, then Submit order when the bag is ready.
- Live price summary updates from catalog rules before submit.
Special customized & manual pricing
- Turn on Special customized trophy, upload references, set quantity, date needed, profit, and notes.
- System shows Manual Price Required — use Request Quotation; admin sets price before checkout.
- After shop sends specs, acknowledge in My Orders, then add to cart from Quotation history if needed.
Admin: Client’s orders & Accept → Job Order
- Claim intake tickets, move to For approval, then payment when ready.
- After deposit, use Accept → Job Order — order stays visible with status job_created and linked jobOrderId.
- Open the Job Order sheet for production details, reminders, and export (PNG/PDF).
Admin Sales Direct Order
- On Admin Sales Dashboard, use Direct Order to enter customer, type, size, and notes.
- Submit saves a real order in Client’s orders and appears on the admin dashboard.
Common issues
- Order not in My Orders? Confirm you submitted as an order (not quotation intake) and you are logged in as the submitting account.
- Accepted order missing? Check Client’s orders filter In production — job_created orders stay in the pipeline.
- Generate Quotation removed — use Request Quotation or Submit order; Quotation history keeps old records.
Trophy Shop
Search or pick a tag—items come from Shop Settings. Custom work lives in Studio or Order; open the bag to review your cart.

Catalog data syncs through shared storage when the site is connected to the cloud, so changes show on every device.
